Iconic Wooster Street eatery Tony & Lucille’s Little Italy, 150 Wooster Street, has been sold for $1 million. The restaurant had been in the family of Anthony and Lucille Sacco for decades. But the couple is retiring and decided to sell the 5,600-square-foot building and its corner lot.
Frank Hird, SIOR of OR&L Commercial in Branford represented the Saccos and also found a buyer, Nuvention 2 LLC, whose principal is Elizabeth Nega of 50 Brewery St., New Haven.
According to OR&L Commercial, the new owner plans to renovate the property and then lease it to new tenants.
